Foil Hot Stamping - Must be 1/4” space between colors.
■ Placed/Imported Images and Halftones Scanned images (jpg, gif, bmp, tif, psd) do not always give the best imprint even at higher resolutions. If you are including images, they need to be hi-res black and white tif or eps files. In addition placing, linking, embedding or copying these images into a drawing program will not convert them into vector art and will not produce a quality imprint. A 45 or 55 line screen is required for flexographic printing. A 20% to 40% screen is the best to use since anything higher tends to fill-in as a solid. Screens are not recommended on artwork that is to be hot stamped. |
